Welcome to Zircon Safety Consultants. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services (online or in-person), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

  • All students must be at least 18 years of age unless enrolling in a program that specifically allows younger participants.
  • Course registration is not complete until full payment is received.
  • Some courses may require prior certifications or documentation, as specified in course descriptions.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in full before the course begins.
  • Refunds may be available only under specific conditions (e.g., cancellation within 48 hours of registration and before course access).
  • No refunds are issued once a course has been started or completed.
  • Zircon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability, with full refunds or alternative options offered.

3. Attendance & Certification

  • Students must complete the required hours and pass all necessary assessments to receive certification.
  • For in-person classes, students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, in compliance with NYC DOB regulations.
  • Replacement cards or certificates may incur additional fees.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all learners to behave professionally and respectfully in both online and in-person settings. Zircon reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, cheating, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with training rules.

5. Online Learning Access

  • Course access is provided through a secure online platform. Login details are confidential and must not be shared.
  • Learners are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device.
  • Access to online courses may be limited by time (e.g., 30–60 days from enrollment).

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, graphics, and content provided by Zircon Safety Consultants are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zircon Safety Consultants is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from the use of our services, materials, or certifications, including delays in employment or compliance status.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for course management, certification, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Modifications

Zircon Safety Consultants reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
